Striking DECO Style Print Mermaids or Sirens Help with Artist Needed

Hi All

This has been an enjoyable hunt for me, i discovered some artists on the way whos work i was unfamiliar with which is definitely a great part of the experience, unfortunately I have run out of resources to try and get an ID on this artist.

Its just a print, poss cut from a book but its such a captivating image I am very keen to see more of thier work if we can figure who the original artist was. As always I really appreciate anyone who takes the time to respond to my help request, any leads that I can follow are also much appreciated.
