Hexagonal Goblet, JE mark
This is an hexagonal "Goblet" shaped pot. Trying to drink from it would be a very messy experience.
It stands 15 cms tall and is 11cms across with a small opening of 5.5 cms, the base is 7 cms. It has a glossy glaze to the top part, the rest is matt.
It is quite heavy.
Is it British or maybe European?

Re: Hexagonal Goblet, JE mark
Thanks Naomi, yes the mark and style do look similar. We originally were drawn to the piece as it has the look and feel of an old Soholm vase we had, though obviuosly without the mark. The vase had similar scratched design on it and the material seemed to be the same type. We no longer have the vase as we needed to have a thinning out of our collection before moving to a smaller bungalow.

Re: Hexagonal Goblet, JE mark
Hi Pugmill, it could well be a 't' but I think a reversed one as there appears to be a 'tail' curving to the left.
