not a mark I recall, but most likely Devres "decor rouen"

Can't see a similar mark in the book, but is likely to be one of the many Fourmaintreaux
from early 20thC marks which are a bit of a minefield.
The coat of ams, like on our crested china, is likely to be a seaside resort, probably
somewhere on the channel coast.

Lovely, I can’t see which town the arms are for but I don’t think it matters too much to a collector.
