Saltglaze stoneware flask - 7" no marks on base or body

Any help identifying this saltglaze flask appreciated . Well made (except for handle which looks like an afterthought), pleasantly decorated with fish.

The pictures are a bit inadequate to tell very much. Are you sure its salt glazed? You do not see that type of incised fish work on Salt glaze. Is the handle glued on?

I think it's from the French - Belgium - Germany area, although Portugal is also possible

I'm no expert but looks like salt glaze to me. Not sure what is going on with the handle - Its not glued on but added on over the top of the decoration and then glazed?

I think you're probably right that its European - the fish by the handle is very french looking!
