Murano orange lobed ashtray/bowl with controlled bubbles- is it? Empty Murano orange lobed ashtray/bowl with controlled bubbles- is it?

Would appreciate your thoughts: this seems to be a vintage Murano bowl/ashtray. There is, however, quite an obvious imperfection inside of the glass, as shown on pictures. I wonder if this could indicate it’s not Murano but fake, or that imperfections as large as this are seen more often in Murano glass?
