Enamel vase Empty Enamel vase

Hi, 

I have a small vase that is metal with large flowers on a black background. I'm not familiar with this type of item and was wondering of someone could help. 

A reverse image search has suggested it is a french, cloisonne baluster urn but I never just accept this especally when it's also on amazon! As circa 1880. 

Any help would be fab.
