Pink High Relief Floral Motif Vase

Hi All,

I saved this vase from someone wanting to dump it and it has been really puzzling me ever since. I was hoping that someone would be able to point me in the right direction in order to figure out who made it. It is a white ceramic body covered in a pink mat glaze with various high relief flowers and a carved back ground. To be honest, it reminds me of a 1990's lamp base which it could be as the base has been drilled (unless it was a vase made into a lamp, then back to being a vase) but upon inspection it appears to be signed on the base as well. Unfortunately I am from a generation where handwriting has all but died so trying to decipher the scribble has been a real chore. I am hoping that someone here can recognize the style and (fingers crossed) can read the scribble signature (which is partially missing due to the drilling - so I am not holding out hope for that). Anyways, thank you for your help, this is my first post here so I apologize if I do something incorrectly.
