Approximately 6cm high and 11cm across.

I put up a photo just the other day of a similar looking Joanna Contantinidis in the Bill Ismay collection at York. Its down the bottom of the photo of the photo with the two larger pieces in it,

A note of caution though. I have never seen a Joanna Constantinidis piece with that blue glazing. Her glaze pallette is very, very limited. Equally, it is not signed.

The shape is actually very different(when you get looking close) from that example in the Ismay collection and the glaze/glazed base just does not look right to me. Shrugs

The glaze looks like it was intended to be a Crystalline glaze, which could help identify the potter maybe?
