Pair of Deco type figurines.. Help with ID Please

Hi and thanks for taking a look at this pair of figurines,

They seem to me to have a kinda Russian or maybe Austrian feel,
stylised maybe art deco to mid century perhaps,
Any thought or info appreciated.

So I think they are slip cast/ moulded so would expect there to be more of them out there somwhere..?

Can't find any though.

Any body any ideas on the stickman on one knee with spear mark ?
