Help needed to identify this big blue and white vase

Good morning,

Please can I have some help on identifying this glass vase.

It is 31/32cm tall the top diameter is about 14/15cm.

The inside is white and then it is clear and blue on the outside. Its a hand made peice as it contains bubbles and imperfections. The blue glass is almost ridged where as the clear is smooth. Its is quite heavy.

Not sure, but perhaps one of the Empoli factories, it's in that style.
