Margaret Leach Barnhouse Pottery chepstow. Empty Margaret Leach, Wye Valley, Barnhouse Pottery, Chepstow

Little earthenware jug, about 6.5cm high. I'm pretty sure this is by Margaret Leach from her time at the Barnhouse Pottery, Chepstow (1946 - 51), the WV standing for "Wye Valley".

Margaret Leach  started the Brookhouse Pottery in 1946 after she left the Leach St Ives Pottery in 1945. She worked there from 1946 until 1951.
