LARGE FISH PATTERN SLIPWARE POTTERY BOTTLE JUG FLAGON MH MARK

This is a very large and heavy slipware pottery bottle with a hole near the base and featuring a fish design. There are two marks - the first mark is too hard to view and the other is definitely an M with another letter underneath perhaps H but not sure - can anyone please help me identify the potter?

the mark on top isn't it a C over M from Michael Cardew perhaps ?

Maybe a DMH stamp below the top one.
