Anyone know what marks mean on Schramberg hen on basket?

Well marked but not named, I've found others like it with the Schramberg mark so I'm assuming this one is too, but I don't know what all the marks signify. The blurry one inside the lid reads Dec.1209, 39
Any ideas?

I think Dec is decor with the pattern numbers. And the stamped number on the base is the shape code
