Newbie, needs help with ID, possibly CE8? Empty Newbie, needs help with ID, possibly CE8?

Hi all, I’m a newbie on this forum and I have a piece in my collection which I am unable to identify, it’s one of my favourite pieces and I have spent many hours trying to find out the maker.
 Any help would be greatly appreciated. many thanks

Thanks Naomi!! Really enjoying seeing everyone’s pieces!! Hmmm the mystery continues I’ll have to carry on searching. Asian could definitely be a possibility.

The wide foot rim is what’s making me think Asian. Maybe not Chinese, though, because of the Westernised mark

From the images, I would suspect that it isn't very old and factory made.
