Hi, would someone know who is the maker of this and maybe a value. The makers mark has been mostly rubbed off but you can still see 4 dots. It is part of  a collection mainly of Maling.

Nice to have the two items matching. More likely Minton than Maling,
Late 19th early 20thC, but sorry we don't enter into any valuations on the forum.
