LOVELY FREE FORM BOWL WITH INDISTINCT MARK? - possibly David Hewitt

Picked a little bowl in a local charity shop today that i loved the shape of maybe
an old shape ?? The texture feels silky smooth to the touch and has been well
decorated in similar coloring to some Celtic pottery pieces i think it is called i
have had before. The base has a mark or maybe not if anyone can tell would
appreciate some more information Thanks so much
