Flying Bird Dish/Paperweight - Need to identify Empty Flying Bird Dish/Paperweight - Need to identify

Hello -

Purchased this piece from Western Pennsylvania in the USA.  Not sure if from local glass maker.  Can't find anything like it on the web and has not discernible markings. It approximately 9 inches (23cm) x 9 inches (23cm)

Looks like an ostentatious due to size ashtray. The flying crow looks very Native American in style, perhaps it is from a casino / high end hotel who had them made. Nothing found online - sorry - so just a theory as the almost ice textured underside and bird form could easiy be Scandinavian.

Thanks for the lead. I wasn't thinking Native American, but it does have that look... and then there is the larger, singular bubble in the middle. Appreciate you looking.
