You have to remember that Thomas Goode are a retailer and have been one for over 160 years in London. They haven't ever made pottery themselves but have bought from various potteries and china works over the years.
The mark above is one for Hammersley & Co. and is post 1939. They have added the Goode mark on the instruction of the retailer.
