Too many Rs!

I thought this may be a Ruscha but not really sure. I have another completely different little bottle type vase that has a similar (I think) inscription that was attributed to Ruscha when I bought it and I'll post that one later. This is small standing about 10-12cms (not to hand at the moment)

It doesn't resemble any Ruscha I know , Iam not even sure it's german

If I remeber rightly I bought this from a German seller and I think he was based in an area that would have previously been in East Germany. Whilst that isn't necessarily any indication I'll have a dig around and see if I can find out where exactly he was based.
