One of our most important and significant of living British studio potters. Dame Magdalene Odundo is a fantastic potter who has changed little in her career.

The following images are taken are taken from  a 1987 touring exhibition of New Works organised by the  Glynn Vivian gallery Swansea.

Now career wise this is a very interesting Magadalene Odundo Pot. It is a very early one made in Nigeria in the mid 1970's when she in a residency there,and taught by Ladi Kwali amongst orthers. As the accompanying notice explains  From Hepworth Wakefield Gallery.
