Long shot but is this Richard Batterham? Empty Long shot but is this Richard Batterham?

I only have a very tall vase and a bowl of his so can't really tell but I know that, other than some early work he didn't mark his work

No. It is probably from the 1970s and someone copying the same style of Anglo-Oriental pottery as Richard.

It's the glazes that are really not the same, as far as I am concerned.

Ok great thanks - yes it doesn't have same glaze as on my other Batterhams but was slightly reminiscent of some I saw at the V&A exhibition of his work just after he died last year. Much appreciated

Batterham’s jugs have a distinctive double rim. I’m not seeing that on this jug
