Uh 
Is all Italica ars marked?  I have a vase that looks very much like it but is marked hand painted in Italy. Thoughts?Italy basket 223ed510

It looks c.1970s. Unfortunately a lot of Italian manufacturers' records were lost in the 90s, so it's difficult to identify pieces unless they're iconic, like the Bitossi factory.
