Definitely not Czech or Scandinavian. The shape is common to many modern Murano bottles but the design less so. Murano bottles of this type are usually simple filigrana,simple canes, or millefiori. Also the base looks different to Murano bottles of this type in my experience.

Thanks for the suggestions! Having looked at Scandi/Czech and now Murano I tend to agree it looks more like Murano. I have never come across the pattern on Italian stuff before. That's what made me think initially it may be Czech. Thanks for the help!
