Whieldon or Belgian pottery vase

Hiya,
Picked up this piece recently, formally identified as Whieldon pottery by a former antique dealer. I have had several people tell me that it is Belgian? Does anyone have any ideas or input. Thank you in advance.

It certainly doesn't look British

The colours look Belgium to me, but I don’t know much about US Art Pottery so it might not be European
