Does this look like a proper antique 19th C piece? Is it Majolica?
Mark on bottom could be P L No 221608 or maybe Rd No… for Registered number.
Can’t find exact same online.

Yes, an RD No for 1893.
I would suggest either Ault or Bretby,
they made a lot of Jardinieres like this, and both used Yellow.
