ART GLASS VASE SIGNED ndr 16 perhaps N DAVID ROSENFELDT ? Empty ART GLASS VASE SIGNED ndr 16 perhaps N DAVID ROSENFELDT ?

This is an art glass vase which is signed with what looks like 'ndr' and then perhaps 16 for the year and then another word below which is too hard
to decipher.  From my limited research I have found a glass artist N David Rosenfeldt who I believe uses NDR but he mainly does glass marbles so not sure - can anyone please confirm or suggest an alternative?
