Raku Vase? Id Help Empty Raku Vase? Id Help

Hello, Raku confuses me a bit, but I think this is raku? Also, does anyone know the possible maker? It has a 3 on the base but no other markings. Thank you.

I think it’s commercial Asian pottery. Saw a couple of vases with the same crackle glaze today, and no mark on the base. Not raku.
