Tenmoku small bowl Simple 'S' makers mark. Any ideas?

I expected to see to see a Jane Spray mark when I picked this one up but just has a plain 'S' Any help would be appreciated

When you say tenmoku, I think you mean raku?
It looks a fairly straightforward bowl and so it could well be a hobbyist.

Sorry, yes I meant raku! Thank you, had a similar feeling but thought it best to check.
