Michelle Maloney
Michelle only started making ceramic items in her studio near Grantham in Lincolnshire around 3 years ago, after "retiring" from teaching art and design in schools for many years.
She decided to called her business TitterpotDesign, as she was going to make small pots that would amuse.
She is forever experimenting and making larger items and so at the moment she is wondering whether to mark her larger sculptural pieces differently...... or not.

I had a visit from a long standing customer yesterday and I told her that she needed to diversify. So I am just following my advice.
Michelle is a friend and the pot above belongs to my wife as does the next thing that I'll post. However, there will be something that I bought to follow.
The reason that I got around to posting this was that Ben Fosker had bought something from Michelle recently and your posted kicked me into action.

As I mentioned, one of the things that she has been making more recently are slab built figurative sculpture, with most having a passing resemblance to her (the females ones at least). This is her Japanese look.
These are also made in earthenware (usually red earthenware) but these are not marked.
This one belongs to Mrs. s-p and the price sticker was added by Michelle but not to be taken seriously.
Last year Michelle took part in "Plumstead Open Studios" that I have been organising annually since 2016, where this was acquired.
