Hello, I am guessing this dish is made in Italy in the fifties, but by whom I cannot figure out. Can anybody help me out?

Unfortunately most of the records of Italian ceramics manufacturers were destroyed in the late 20thC so it's very difficult to ID them unless they are by a well known manufacturer like Bitossi
