Hi I know this vase is modern but would love to know who made it any help is appreciated please.The vase is marked with the numbers 9258 and then a word maybe St something ends in ment and then another word underneath and then A L in black over the top I think. Thank you

It's a St Clement Pottery Vase from France, pattern number 9258. Not their usual decoration. Looks like a hobbyist with the initials AL has bought it and decorated it themselves.
