David Sharpe? Rye? Its got that look of 60's quality tourist knick knack about it. Tho of course I might be entirely wrong as it also looks a bit Scandinavian. That must be an Antique shop price at £18 tho!

Not Rye, but I thought it might be an early Andrew McGarva His style is a bit more relaxed these days
