I have this unusual ceramic cat figurine. I am trying to establish who it is made by and where it originates from if anyone can assist. It has "613" on the base as shown.  Trying to identify origin of this cat figurine 11092a10

The base looks typical of Asian production ware, possible part of a graduated set of 3. They sometimes use western numbers and letters as production codes
