Can anybody identify the maker of this vintage German ceramic wall plate with colorful horses. I can read Keramik but cannot identify the name of the maker.

it certainly counts as pottery.
Ruscha did a lot of horse plaques

The second stamp mark is the KERAMIK Factory, it's West German art pottery. 1950-60's, could be earlier.
