Help ID black glazed drip vase Empty Help ID black glazed drip vase

Hi all, any thoughts about the country of origin, maker and age of this vase which I've owned for about 20 years?  Germany?  Belgium?  It's wheel-thrown, measures 9" H x 8" W, and unmarked as shown but the foot is nicely trimmed and the glaze stops neatly just above.  There appears to be a slightly raised mark but the glaze on the bottom is pooled thickly over it.  Appreciate your thoughts!
