Anyone recognize the mark on this vase

Hi.  Hope someone can help id the maker of this vase.  Found in the North West of England it measures 19 cm tall x approx 13 cm across at the widest part, 8.5 cm at the rim & base and weighs approx 700 gms.

The stripes & dots are enamel which red & green against a matt yellow glaze that goes into a matt black at the base,  The rim itself is a rich burgundy colour.

Marked clearly on the base.

If anyone has any ideas and can help it would be much appreciated.
