Mottled green vase

Vase is 9.75" (24.8cm) tall and approximately 5" (12.7cm) at widest. Mottles sea foam green beige textured glaze. Interesting makers mark. Does anyone recognize maker? Possibly German?

It doesn't strike me as German. I wonder if it's one of the 70s US manufacturers.

Looking forward to others weighing in. On my fb group for American pottery, a few have suggested European in origin.

I haven't seen anything similar before. Therefore I wouldn't think it was European but I really don't know.
