Large Vase AV mark, Help Please Empty Large Vase AV mark, Help Please

Hello 😊.  Could you help me with identifying this vase please?  It is quite large and heavy (31 cms tall) and is decorated with twigs and leaves in sgraffito, some coloured gold.  The vase is marked AV.  Many thanks.  Large Vase AV mark, Help Please C2f18210

Lovely vase. I have one the same shape but unmarked and an orange colour; may or may not be the same potter. Still a mystery
