RAHE, Holland, Mid century painted vase - by ??? Empty RAHE, Holland, Mid century painted vase - by ???

There's lots of similar vases on Google but they seem to be attributed to various makers.
This one looks to be signed RAHE HOUAND but I've found nothing with that name.
Any ideas?

I once saw a reference to RAHE, Gouda, Holland.

That's what I thought it said at first but no similar vases come up with that name, so I don't think that can be correct.

If I use Google lens, loads of similar vases come up with other names.
