I bought this piece in Zurich last weekend

likely could be Italian, German or French, my guess is French

seems quite old and surprisingly not damaged

the glaze has a rough texture in some areas of the surface

it is 28 cm diameter

Is it relatively light in weight, as from your images it appears as if it could be raku pottery, which is a very low fired earthenware?

28 cms is about the size of a dinner plate. How shallow is the actual bowl?

the depth of the bowl is 8-10 cm as it has slightly ruffled edge

I would not say it is light weight but not overly heavy

If it is raku then it is probably not as old as you think and without a mark it is going to be impossible to say who made it.
