Maybe something by a potter for museum, re-enactments?,
Can’t see a mark
If HR seal could be for Henry Rex
Or am I way off?

The base points to a 1950s-60s date, although places like the Gladstone Museum were making pieces in this clay and glaze

It looks so familiar but maybe as I’ve seen similar looking 17th C shape pieces
