Painted Green Art Deco Double Handled Glass Vase 6" tall

Hi can anyone tell me maker and year of this little vase? Thank you.

It's moulded not blown, from looking at the base. Looks a bit art deco to me but the handles are more art nouveau. I can't see much wear to the base so I wonder if it's a modern piece trying to look old

Thank you. I'm fairly certain the color is fired on, having done more research. I think it is probably from the 1930s to 1940s. Since there is no maker stated, it really has little value so not worth being reproduced at any point. It is cool though.
