Black ware fish ornament vase Empty Black ware fish ornament vase

Black ware fish ornament vase
Can’t find exactly the same online.
Closest was ancient Peruvian vases, or maybe Mexican.
It has holes in the top but I’m not sure if this type of pottery is watertight or not.
And the big handle? What’s that?
