Sadly, most of the people that know about glass don't frequent the Forum anymore. I have a limited knowledge but it's almost 30 years since I dealt in it to any degree and back then my interest was confined to British and Scandinavian. It is worth doing, as you did, and keep asking.
What I will say is that it looks like something that I saw back in the day. It looks well made from the images and being heavy would be a good sign. Sorry that I can't be more helpful but hope you stick around.

Lovely. Could be well be Karel Wunsch, very much in his style. Could also be German. Peill and Putzler produced a lot of green cut glass, as did some other German factories
