Like the Wedgwood majolica green glaze Cabbage plates,
but as it's unmarked, possibly German, who also made similar, c1920s

Possibly a Minton planter - have seen some in pink though not green

Thanks for that Oli. Someone has a turquoise one listed on firstdibs for nearly $3000!!!!!!!!! I suspect that's being a tad ambitious.

Definitely Minton. On closer examination, that splodge on the edge near the indented number reads Minton.
