Plate with a red horse on it, BS mark, looks like Vallauris Empty Plate with a red horse on it, BS mark, looks like Vallauris

I got this plate with a beautiful red horse in it.  It reminds me of some Vallauris pieces but I don't think it is Vallauris.  It's signed with an intertwined B & S on the back in a carouche.  Well I think it's a B.  Any ideas anyone.  Plate with a red horse on it, BS mark, looks like Vallauris Img_2117

Vallauris or Hungarian would be my first choices, but not a mark I’ve seen before
