Porcelain bow stamped name - French? Empty Porcelain bow stamped name - French?

This little bowl is clearly stamped with a name and a spiral stamp but I can’t make it out. Am I right in thinking M. means french (i.e Monsieur?)Porcelain bow stamped name - French? 5fac7510

I have never known any French potters use M. as a formal title.
