Sponge decorated bowl. Empty Sponge decorated bowl.

I may be wide of the mark with this, but I believe that it may possibly be Scottish, early to mid 20th century.
Mostly sponge decoration and a little hand painted decoration.
All thoughts welcomed, I'm not too confident with my opinion on this one.

I've done a little digging on eBay, found a couple of similar examples. I'm leaning towards early 20th century, rightly or wrongly I do not know.
