RSA monogrammed dish Empty RSA monogrammed dish

Not sure what to make of this dish. The inscription inside the dish seems to be well done.
Photos of the base are the best i can get.
135mm diameter and 30mm high.
Any help appreciated.

Looks like a THE potter’s monogram. The RSA monogram could be the recipient’s initials.
