Lamp Base Bottle Style - NQ mark? Empty Lamp Base Bottle Style - NQ mark?

Hello

I just picked up a couple of pieces on my way back from the Post Office.

This somewhat brutal ugly bottle lamp base is one. Hmm well I can see the letter B apart from the main mark but I could not even work out how to describe the mark so I could not look it up. D R maybe?

Cinque Ports style decoration around the middle but I was just looking at the mark again and is that a slash line within a Capital Q letter?

Possibly an NQ monogram. Not a mark I've come across before
